Safety First & Preparation
DO NOT USE IF YOU:
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Have a pacemaker, metal implants, or electronic devices in the treatment area.
- Have severe health conditions (cancer, epilepsy, heart disease, etc.).
- Have open wounds, severe sunburn, or damaged skin in the treatment area.
💧 Pre-Treatment
Essentials:
- Hydrate: Drink at least 1-2 liters of water before and after your session.
This is CRITICAL for flushing out the dissolved fat. - Clean Skin: Clean the treatment area (e.g., abdomen, thighs) thoroughly.
- Apply Gel: Apply a generous layer of conductive ultrasonic gel to the entire treatment area. This is essential for safety and effectiveness. Never use the machine on dry skin.
🛠️ Machine Setup & Power
- Unpack & Inspect: Place the main unit on a stable, flat surface.
- Connect Handles: Identify the desired handle (start with the 40KHz
Cavitation Head). Gently plug its connector into the corresponding port on the back/side of the machine. - Power On: Plug in the machine and press the main power switch (usually on the back). The screen should illuminate.
1. 🥇 The Main Event: 40KHz Ultrasonic Cavitation (Fat Reduction)
This is the fat-reduction step. Do this first.
1. Select
On the screen, select the 40K
Cavitation or Ultrasound function.
2. Set Time
Set the timer to 15–20 minutes per treatment area (e.g., per side of the abdomen). Max 30 minutes total per session, do not treat the same spot daily.
3. Set Intensity
Start on the lowest intensity level (Level 1 or 2). Gradually increase only if comfortable. You should hear a slight buzzing or ringing in your ears—this is normal. If you feel pain or discomfort, reduce the intensity immediately.
4. Treat
Press 'Start'. Place the probe on
the gel-covered skin and move it slowly in continuous, circular or sweeping motions. Maintain constant contact.
NEVER hold the probe still in one spot.
Avoid bony areas (hips, ribs).
2. 🥈 Skin Tightening & Lymphatic Drainage (RF & Vacuum)
After cavitation, use a Radio Frequency (RF) handle to promote skin tightening, and the Vacuum RF handle to aid lymphatic drainage.
Tightens skin & stimulates collagen production in body areas.
Time: 10–15 minutes. Intensity: Start low. The skin should feel warm, but not hot or painful. Move slowly in circles or sweeping motions.
RF Face/Tripolar Handle
Tightens skin & reduces wrinkles on the face/neck.
Time: 5–10 minutes. Intensity: Very low. Use gentle, upward motions.
Vacuum RF Handle
Assists lymphatic drainage to expel liquified fat.
Time: 10–15 minutes. Suction: Adjust the vacuum pressure knob (usually on the back) for light suction. Move slowly, guiding the tissue towards the nearest lymph nodes (e.g., toward the armpit or groin).
3. ❄️ Cold Hammer
(Optional Finish)
- Function: Soothes the skin, reduces redness, and minimizes pores after heat-based treatments (RF).
- Time: 5 minutes.
- Motion: Gentle, circular, or patting motion over the treated area.
✅ Post-Treatment Care
- Clean Up: Wipe the treatment handles and the treated skin with a warm, damp cloth to remove excess gel.
- Hydrate: Continue to drink water for the next 72 hours.
- Exercise: Engage in light cardio (brisk walk, elliptical) for 20-30 minutes immediately after your session to stimulate the lymphatic system.
- Diet: Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and heavy fatty/sugary foods for 48-72 hours post-treatment.
- Frequency: Treat the same area 2-3 times per week, leaving at least 48-72 hours between sessions for the body to metabolize the fat.
